Q: When will my order be dispatched?
A: The majority of orders are dispatched within 7-10 days. Sometimes this is faster depending on the stock status of the item. There are certain items that need to be ordered in and can take longer than this. See each product description for further information.
Q: Can I return my item if it doesn’t fit?
A: Yes absolutely. For the full returns conditions please see our terms and conditions on the website. New Rocks are exempt from this as they are custom made to order. We also do not accept returns for items sold as faulty.
Q: What do your sizes relate to ie; small = what UK dress size?
A: Each product has a size guide on it. Please look at the tab next to the product description.
Q: How much is postage for destinations outside of the UK?
A: This will depend on weight. Add the items to your basket and the website will work out the postage cost based on the total weight of the order.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Once dispatched your order will arrive with you within 24-48 hours. If you are outside of the UK it will take up to 28 days.
Q: Do you offer Gift Vouchers?
A: Yes we do. They are valid for 12 months after purchase and a link can be found on the home page.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes, we run regular discount features on Facebook. Please come and visit us on our Facebook page. We also send out regular Newsletters with offers etc, please sign up to our Newsletter on the home page.
Q: How much is postage in the UK?
A: £4.99 for first class and £3.99 for second class no matter what you order on the total order.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Return it to Little Booteek Limited, Unit 2 Bath Lane, Torquay, TQ2 5AS with a covering note and you will be refunded within 14 days. We do not offer exchanges, if you require an alternative size you will need to reorder the correct size.
Q: Do you have a physical shop for me to visit?
A: We are purely web based. All orders must be placed on the website for posting.
Q: Will part of my order be sent if one of my items takes a long time to dispatch?
A: No, we dispatch the whole order together, so the longest dispatch time on the items you are buying will count for the entire order. This is due to the postage cost.
