This page is full of information that will answer the majority of queries you may have.  Please help us to help you by reading the information before contacting us.  We are a very small business and time spent answering queries is time taken away from making and sending out your orders.

Please always look at the timescales.  If your order is still within those timescales, please do not chase us for an update.  Please note, all estimated dispatch times are a guide only and subject to variation depending on a number of things ie; supplier disruption, customs, etc.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

ORDERS TAKE VARIOUS DIFFERENT TIMES TO DISPATCH, DEPENDING ON WHETHER THE ITEM IS IN STOCK AND IF THE ITEM HAS TO BE MADE.  PLEASE READ FURTHER:

IT SAYS DISPATCH TIME 1-3 DAYS:  These items are in stock and will be processed as quickly as is possible.  We are a very small company, there are just 2 of us that pack and make orders up.  So any sicknesses/unforseen events or times that are particularly busy can lead to a longer dispatch time.  Please do not contact us unless your order is over a week late.

I ORDERED FROM A FACEBOOK SALE:  Facebook sales have their own timescale depending on the brand.  Please check the album for a timescale and allow up to 8-10 weeks for brands that are outside of the UK to arrive.

I ORDERED A THEME BOX:  See below for specific dispatch estimates for the specific theme box.

ANYTHING ELSE:  Please check the dispatch time on your ordered items before chasing.  We make a lot of the items to order, so various items can take a few weeks to craft.  If your item is late (outside of our dispatch times), then feel free to contact us.

THEME BOXES

THEME BOXES TAKE A LONG TIME TO PLAN, CRAFT AND CREATE AND ARE TOTALLY UNIQUE.  EVERY ITEM IS NEW AND EXCITING IN THESE BOXES AND AS SUCH, THE TURN AROUND TIME IS UP TO AROUND 20 WEEKS.  EACH BOX WILL BE UPDATED WHEN THERE IS AN ESTIMATED DISPATCH DATE, SO PLEASE CHECK BELOW.

WE WOULD ASK THAT YOU DO NOT CHASE THEME BOXES, THE INFORMATION WILL BE SUPPLIED ON THIS PAGE WHEN THERE IS ANY UPDATE.  

LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS:  This box is in production and very nearly complete.  Estimated dispatch date is beginning of April.

DISNEY VILLAINS: This box is in production and complete on our part.  Awaiting the arrival of one item from a fellow small business.  Estimated dispatch date is beginning of April.

DRAG RACE:  This box is in production and estimated dispatch date is end of April.

HEATHERS: This box is in production and estimated dispatch date is end of April.

SANTA CLARITA: This box is in production, dispatch likely to be May/June.

CHARMED: This box is in design stage.  Dispatch estimated June/July.

WHAT WE DO IN THE SHADOWS:  This box will be released for sale on April 1st.

My order is damaged/lost

If you have received an item that is damaged, you must contact us with your order number, name and address and photos of the damage so that we can assess the damage and repair/replace/refund as necessary.

When will i get my trick or treat box, dark curse box, stabby pins box, pyjamas box?

Little Booteek and Alternative Subscriptions are 2 separate companies.  All queries regarding the subscription boxes must be directed to the correct place which is our sister company Alternative Subscriptions.  Little Booteek admin staff do not have access to any information for these orders.

Why can't i order?

We now only accept orders from customers outside of the EU.  If you are based in the UK or you are outside of the EU, we are able to take your order.

If you are in the EU, I am very sorry but we do not have the ability to accept your orders at this time.

How do i return an item?

Certain items are excluded from our returns policy.

You are unable to return:

THEME BOXES as they are custom made to order.

OUTLET ITEMS as they are sold as faulty.

To return anything else, please send your items to:  53 Kenwyn Road, Torquay, TQ1 1LU.  Please include a letter with your order number, name and address and the reason that you are returning.

Please let us know if you are wanting an exchange, refund or store credit.

We process returns within 14 working days of receiving them back.  We ask that you do not chase a return, unless it has been longer than this time.
